Ingredients
(Serves 2)
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup kefir
10 Medjool dates, pitted
1 tsp white miso paste
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup (if your dates aren’t sweet enough)
Toppings: Cacao nibs, diced strawberries, flaky sea salt

Method
Blend 8 dates, miso, vanilla, salt, maple syrup (if using) and kefir until smooth.
Add yogurt and cottage cheese and blend again until creamy.
Chop the remaining 2 dates into fine pieces and stir into the mixture.
Pour into a shallow container and freeze for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway.
Serve and top with cacao nibs, diced strawberries and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
