Ingredients
1.5 cups unsweetened milk of your choice
1 tsp ground turmeric
pinch of ground cinnamon
pinch of ground ginger
pinch of black pepper
pinch of ground cloves
pinch of ground nutmeg
1 tsp honey
Method
1. Start by heating the milk of your choice and all ingredients except the honey in a saucepan.
2. Bring the milk to a boil and then simmer for 7–8 minutes.
3. Pour into a mug and top with an extra pinch of cinnamon, then stir in the honey.
