Recipe: Spiced sweet potatoes

Potatoes show up in lots of everyday meals. But did you know sweet potatoes have more fiber than white potatoes? This makes them an easy and health-promoting swap.

Try this spiced sweet potato recipe as a side to your favorite potato-based meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • handful parsley, finely chopped

  • zest of one lime

  • 1 scoop Daily30

  • Parsley → Coriander

Method

  1. Set the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan.

  2. Cut the sweet potato into 1 cm wedges.

  3. Place on a baking tray. Drizzle over the olive oil and season with the paprika, lime zest, salt, and pepper.

  4. Roast for 30-40 minutes until soft on the inside and slightly charred on the outside.

  5. Top with parsley and Daily30 to serve.
