Ingredients
1 sweet potato
1 tsp smoked paprika
salt and pepper
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
handful parsley, finely chopped
zest of one lime
1 scoop Daily30

Method
Set the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan.
Cut the sweet potato into 1 cm wedges.
Place on a baking tray. Drizzle over the olive oil and season with the paprika, lime zest, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 30-40 minutes until soft on the inside and slightly charred on the outside.
Top with parsley and Daily30 to serve.
