This overnight oats recipe is perfect for setting you up for success the next day. Make it the night before and take it with you on the go as breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 40 g oats

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 2 tbsp kefir

  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 1 date, roughly chopped

  • 1 square dark chocolate, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 apple, grated

  • 1 handful of raspberries

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp milled flax seeds

  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

Swaps

  • raspberries → blueberries, blackberries, or strawberries

  • pumpkin seeds → mixed seeds

Additions

  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

  • pomegranate seeds

  • nut butter

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or container.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Leave for a few hours (preferably overnight) to set.
