Ingredients
4 carrots, chopped into 2 cm chunks
1 tbsp Harissa paste
1 tbsp honey
juice and zest of two limes
salt and pepper
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Handful parsley, finely chopped
1 scoop Daily30

Method
Set the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan.
Add the carrots and garlic to a baking tray, then mix through the harissa paste, honey, lime zest, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 30 minutes until al dente.
Top with lime juice, parsley, and Daily30 to serve.
