Recipe: Chilli sesame cucumber and edamame

Sometimes you need a quick, fresh snack, and this chili sesame cucumber and edamame combination is just that.

Full of flavour along with a hit of protein and fiber to keep you going, it takes just 5 mins to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced into half circles

  • 150 g edamame beans

  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 small clove garlic, grated

  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
