Jude graduated with a BSc Hons in professional practice from Brighton University. She's a non-medical prescriber and currently completing an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and a PG Dip in Gastroenterology. She works as a nurse endoscopist and has a specialist interest in inflammatory bowel disease. Her favorite plants to eat are bananas, sweetcorn, and cashew nuts.
