Cecilia Jennings, MSc

Cecilia is a qualified nutritionist and was a Nutrition Coach at ZOE. She holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Exeter and an M.Sc. in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from University College London, both in the U.K. Her M.Sc. research project evaluated diet quality for the prevention of frailty (physical and cognitive) — specifically, the role of antioxidant micronutrients — in addition to diet quantity. Her particular interest lies in the gut-brain axis, aka “food and mood.” Cecilia’s favorite plants to eat are artichokes, asparagus, and pomegranates.
